1958 Cessna 310B – Well Maintained & Hangared – Good Condition –
This IFR Cessna 310B has been owned and loved by Commercial Pilot, A&P, and IA for the last 21 years. Owner has retired and slowing down so now it’s time for someone else to enjoy this great airplane. Aircraft hangared last 21 years at Hillboro, Oregon, KHIO. We flew it Monday – great flight, great airplane!
All original Logbooks and Records. There are 4 Airframe Logbooks starting 4/9/1958. Most current entry is when the annual was completed July 7, 2015
Airframe: Total Time – 2816 hrs.
Airframe Condition: Excellent
HEATER 8.8 hrs Since Overhaul
PAINT – is in fair condition with some shine and adhered well overall but also a little peeling paint around the bottom of the right cowl and the corner of the pilots side aileron.
WINDOWS – Good condition, clear and free from crazing or cloudiness
INTERIOR – Grey Interior with black carpet and curtains. In good clean condition. No tears, holes or stains. Interior plastic has all be replaced and free from cracks or sun damage.
