Update: (Per abcNews) Russia’s defense ministry says a failed rocket test produced this light show. Specifically, it was  Russia’s new Bulava SLBM (Sea Launched Ballistic Missile) was a spectacular failure. The test took place off the northern coast of Russia on the very evening Barack Hussien Obama was accepting his Nobel Peace Prize.

Ironic, ain’t it?
