DirtCrashr blogged about he, Packing-Rat Derek and RNS-David going to meet and hear Alan Gura of Heller fame talk at Santa Clara University. (yesterday)
They chatted and talked about some off-topic things including his “Netbook” micro laptop (same one DirtCrashr just got) and a recent trip to Kauai (stayed where he also stayed), and casually asked, “Why dontcha come up to the Gunbloggers Rendezvous in Reno, in September?”
Alan said, “But I’m not a Gunblogger?” And they said, “That’s OK, just we’d love to have you join us – maybe we can figure out a way to comp the tickets or something.” Then Alan went on to his talk. So he (Dirtcrashr) blogged it.
Mr. Smallest Minority-Kevin commented that he (DirtCrashr) should ask Traction Control about frequent flier miles?

DirtCrashr wrote me to say he had asked you (in Santa Clara) if you were planning to attend the Gunblogger Rendezvous in Reno this September.
You’re answer to Keith was, “But I’m not a Gunblogger”.
Perhaps I can help with an offer to post any messages you would like to publish on my blog: Traction Control ( http://tractioncontrol.well-regulatedmilitia.org ) AND to offer you, your wife and one(?) child complementary airfare from DC to Reno in September for the event.

Heck, even the NRA likes to attend and they haven’t blogged (from what I can tell) in months!
