A quick update from GBR-IV. Picked up the .45 LC and 12 Ga. ammo I had shipped out in advance. A hat tip and Thanks! to Hi-Cap Gun Works, 75 Banks Street, Suite 23, Sparks, NV for accepting and holding the shipment for me. Their website is http://www.hicapgunworks.com/
Next stop for the day was Scheels, which claims “The Largest Selection of Sports, Sportwear and Footware in the World for the Entire Family.” One of 23 stores in 8 states, the Sparks, NV location is 295,000 square feet of shopping on two levels. Prices were good, selection was good – even handgun ammunition (subject to a four box per customer limit) was available.
Say Uncle, Snowflakes in Hell, Anarchangel, Random Nuclear Strikes, Cheaper Than Dirt, Mr. Completely, Captain Bob, Kiwi, Engineering Johnson, Anthroblogogy, Brownell’s and The Packing Rat are here so far … apologies if I missed someone.
