Only about a week ago Traction Control wondered why we were not seeing more charges of Treason brought against those who would harm us.
Today, we have news of just such an event: Adam Gadahn is indicted for Treason.

Individual statements by Gadahn in Al Qaeda videos form the basis of the treason count: “Fighting and defeating America is our first priority…”
How high has the bar been raised in that this charge is the first of such charges to be levied in more than fifty years?
