Arrived yesterday into Birmingham.

What’s going on here?

City og Birmingham

(For a city with so much history, it’s tough to find on the City’s web site – Ed.)

SLOGAN: Officially, it’s The Magic City, I think. The Slogan for Birmingham is under much discussion, I hope I can find that article I read from the free newspaper.

2727 Acres

There’s an interesting listing for 2,727 acres. But $3,538.69 per acre needs some shaving to be right for me.

Anyone have 800+ acres around here for $500/ac. or less?

So, who else is in the neighborhood?

(This post may be updated as research continues.)

Update: I see 104 acres, with $50,000 in timber for $199K. That looks like a better deal. Hmmm.
