It wasn’t that there wasn’t news to post about: United Flight 1549’s amazing Hudson River landing (?), President Bush’s Final Speech as President, another Gunblogger gains a newspaper gig, reviews from the SHOT Show, etc…. It was just tough for me to get the keyboard time to update Traction Control.
Four hours of daily commuting over frozen roads cuts into the available post time (and leaves the nerves a bit jangly) for this Texas driver.
Today was lost to airplane time.
I watched the sun rise over Northern Alberta, Canada outside an airplane window this morning from 31,000 feet; and then saw sun set over Texas through another airplane window at 36,000 feet.
It’s good to be back home – for about 36 hours, anyway; until I do it all over again.
I have been able to update the FFL inventory listings every day, though. I’m watching for the availability of FN’s SCAR through distributor channels, Barrett M82A1’s or M107’s and of course anything AR-15 related.
I’ll post an update when new stock is in!
Meanwhile, I’m still looking to acquire more Ruger AC-556’s and other NFA weapons. So far, I have two on the way!
