Bloomberg to escort Iranian nutjob to Ground Zero?

More at LGF: Outrage of the Day

I reaffirm Charles’ admonition:

If Bush and Rice let him go down there, especially in the wake of Petraeus and Crocker reporting the threat Iran poses to American soldiers in Iraq, you have no idea how grave the political fallout will be. Consider this an alert from the grassroots early warning system. You ignored the alert we gave you this summer about the amnesty bill. For your sake, don’t ignore this one.

Update: DENIED

Seriously, WTF is wrong with *spit* Bloomberg *close spit* to have even considered it long enough to have been a possibility in the first place?

Does he even know what happened at Ground Zero?

To allow Ahmedinejad to visit Ground Zero would be a victory for America’s enemies

But then, so is allowing him to enter the United States, even to visit the UN council. First, here’s what was reported yesterday (via Melanie Phillips), and Mitt Romney summed it up correctly about the monster:

“It’s inconceivable that any consideration would be given to the idea of entertaining the leader of a state sponsor of terror at ground zero,” Mr. Romney said in a statement. “This would deeply offend the sensibilities of Americans from all corners of our nation. Instead of entertaining Ahmadinejad, we should be indicting him.”

Which is exactly what Israel should have done with Yasir Arafat, and should be doing with Mahmoud Abbas even now.
