Is the Healthcare legislation a Bill? Or is it an Amendment?
I refer to a clause in Harry Reid’s closed-door Healthcare bill that precludes changes unless a super-majority votes for ratification. [citation to follow].
Methinks the Senate Democrats have now crossed a bright line and landed squarely on Unconstitutional Avenue with their latest gambit in their Healthcare Bill.
Sadly, I think our representatives in government have lost an appreciation of the Constitution and have grossly under-estimated the importance of the will of the Citizens they were sent to represent.
It’s time to sharpen the tines of the pitchforks and oil the torches.
Failing to do so, we the Citizenry, will surely lose the rights and freedoms afforded us under a Nation of Laws and be forced to live from this day forward under the rule of tyrants.
I’m not going out like that.
I owe it to my children.

We need rope. I have never seen a better time to get out lots and lots of rope.
Something that cannot be repealed or amended stands above the Constitution and these who think so little of that document must think their actions are above the supreme law of this nation. A great, great show of aggorance on a grand scale. Its going to be quite a fall for these high flying bastards.
