When it’s real quiet, do you ever “hear” music when a fan motor or the Air Conditioner is running?
The songs I “hear” with choir-like voices:
Hark! The Herald Angels Sing
Auld Lang Syne
God Bless America
This is my personal affirmation that my soul is content and that I am a good and rightous human being, endowed with a positive patriotic spirit.
So today I was interviewed with two tough questions:
“What is the best advice you’ve ever given?” and “What is the best advice you’ve ever received?”
“Buy low – sell high” is a good answer to both questions, but the truthful and more encompassing answer is “Be to be true to yourself and follow the Golden Rule – be honest in all your endeavors, for credibility lost is never fully regained.”
That is the standard I try to live by.
Maybe it’s just me and my American Indian heritage, but does anyone else hear songs in the wind?

Category:

Sometimes, but not often enough, when wherever I am is very, very quiet, and there’s little to no external distractions to disturb my soul. Again, this doesn’t happen often enough.
Thank you.

I haven’t heard music in the wind for a long long time.
There is a simple explanation, it’s caused by all the rounds we fired without proper hearing protection…
I wonder?? Can that be listed as a legitimate disability??
