Which is getting more MSM coverage? Hundreds of thousands peaceably assembling in Tea Parties in 850 cities and towns across the Nation, or this?

Ammo hard to find as gun owners stock up

Story from CNN

As David Hardy noted, enough firearms to supply the armies of China and India combined and upward of 1.5 billion rounds of ammo have been sold in the last three months of 2008.

Unlike the Tea Parties, this seems to have gotten the attention of the Main Stream Media.

CNN opines that the increased sales are motivated by those who want to avoid a tax increase on ammunition.  Note to CNN: Taxes are not all we want to avoid.

Or use the $24.95 to buy ammo instead.

    The article was unusually unbiased.

They failed to mention that the proposed tax is 500%

    I thought so, too.

Amazing how the bias falls when the fear factor rises.

I know many who are stocking up on ammo thinking that will be the way “The One” attacks what he perceives to be the gun problem. Glad to see the actions of some state legisatures in the western states pretaining to the Tenth Amendment and attempts by some states to limit controls placed on them by the interstate commerce act. Just found your site. I’ll be back. I have a number of political blogs and just started one on Guns and Bikinis for the guys. At times, I tire of political commentary and just want to relax and look at guns and girls.
