The Daily Times (Blount County) reports a Man fatally shot breaking into truck sleeper cab in Knoxville. An unidentified man knocked on the door of the tractor, then left but returned a few minutes later and used a rock to break a window, awakening the driver.
Dooley said the man again left, but returned and was trying to climb into the cab when the driver shot him.
The intruder was dead at the scene.
