I am just spitballing here,but I don’t think these recent exercises were for domestic consumption. The sneaky beaky types don’t just forget to close airspace or have these things running into the daylight hours. I am going to guess that the building in Houston looks an awfully familiar to someone in a place that isn’t exactly friendly to the US. That is my take anyway.
