They believe the police and military will be on their side. At the political level, they’re probably right. At the trigger level, they’re in for a rude awakening, or perhaps a long kiss goodnight.
They’ve also been telling themselves that very few Americans own guns, that most new gun sales are to current gun owners. Someone did the math and found that if they were right, the average US gun owner would have spent $100,000 on his….
Of course, these people have never cared much for math.
