John Cornyn disagrees with the U.S. Cout of Appeals Ruling and calls for President Bush to “step up and commute their sentences”.

    The imprisonment of these men was the biggest miscarriage of justice we have seen in a long time.

    Yes, they should have shot better, that was their only error, and we should have given them a medal in any case…
