Jared Lee Loughner (the shooter) is in custody.

Loughner carried two 31-round and two 15-round magazines with him that day.

Is the purpose of this picture to shift the blame to an inanimate object? I have my suspicions.

An alert citizen carrying a Revolutionary War era flintlock could have dropped the shooter on the spot, except that many a “alert citizen” were disarmed beforehand.

Yes. There were a few CCW holders on the scene who exhibited commendable restraint at the crowded venue. But, how many more defenders could have helped to prevent this act violence but for the present infringements on Citizens’ Right to Keep and Bear Arms?

Everyone regrets what happened to Gabrielle Giffords that day.

Some of us would like to ensure that such a thing never happen again. Some people want to see more of these incidents to pursue an anti-gun agenda.
