P.S. On the morning drive to work, ice crystals fell – illuminated like diamonds in the headlights. Each Earth-bound light source projected a verticle column of color – creating an Earth-to sky spectical like a thousand Aurora Boreali reaching to the stars in a pre-morning night sky.
It is said that the Eskimo language contains more than 200 words to describe different types of snow. I have learned from the Canadians that live here that these description have been distilled into one word:
“Shi**y” – That seems to be apropos.
Did I mention it’s cold here?
